Adelia Maria West

Her birth and death dates are confirmed by her death certificate and the inscription on her gravestone.  She was baptized at Salt Lake City on 5 December 1847.  Note that the Death Certificate Index lists her name as "Adeliz Maria West Hoagland,” but her actual death certificate correctly shows her name as “Adelia Maria West Hoagland.”
