The first documentation to place her in Utah is her rebaptism in Salt Lake City on 26 October 1851. She was included in the and the 1850 census of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, taken on 21 October 1850. Additional research is needed to determine the name of the pioneer company with which she traveled.
