Ann Brown
A secondary source states that Ann Brown Taylor, a widow, came to with her daughter Mary Jane and hired on as a cook for "Mr. Morris," who was heading to California. She sent her two older children, James and Sarah Ann with two different companies. One child died in Iowa in 1852. The first documentation to place her in Utah is her marriage in Salt Lake City 10 Jan. 1853. Further research is needed to confirm this information and determine the name of the company they traveled with.
Her name is listed as "Ann Brown Keeler" on her gravestone.
