Ann Foster
Ann and her husband, Matthew, and two children from a previous marriage arrived in Boston on 20 April 1857 via the ship George Washington. The family is first documented in the Valley when Anne and her children were rebaptized in the Seventeenth ward on 6 January 1858, which was prior to that year's emigration season. So, they must have crossed the plains in 1857.
Birth date is confirmed by Seventeenth Ward records at the time of the rebaptism.
