Benjamin Ammon Ketchum
Benjamin was the son of Joseph John Ketchum and his wife Sophia Elizabeth Parsons but he appears in the 1850 Utah census as Benjamin Neeley (his mother had married Lewis Neeley Sr. at Council Bluffs Iowa.) Benjamin was baptized at Salt Lake City 6 November 1850 under the surname "Katcham." He appears as Benjamin Neilly in the Utah Territorial Militia Records at Salt Lake City.
