Benjamin Franklin Coates

According to his obituary Benjamin was baptized in Indian Territory (now Oklahoma) in 1853 and traveled to Utah that same year. Some documents spell his surname "Coats." His death certificate gives his birthdate as 20 September 1831. His name is "B. Franklin Coates" on his gravestone.
