Benjamin Lillywhite

According to a family history written by his son, after Benjamin's father died in St. Louis, his mother sent Benjamin to Utah in 1847 with another family and she remained in St. Louis, Missouri awaiting the birth of her baby Joseph, who was born on 15 November 1847.   His mother was married in Salt Lake City in January 1853, so we know that she arrived  by 1852.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the family with which Benjamin traveled to Utah, and the name of the pioneer company with which he traveled.
