Catherine Beswick Hooton
Catherine arrived in New York from Liverpool in January 1848 and lived in Philadelphia until she crossed the plains in either 1857 or 1858. In the 1860 Utah census she is in the Salt Lake City 13th Ward with her three sons: Joseph, James and Samuel. She died in Beaver, Utah. Some sources misspell her surname as Horton.
