Her surname is "Ellis" on the 1870 Utah census, death certificate and Find A Grave website.
Note that her obituary incorrectly gives the year of her arrival in Utah as 1862. The family sailed to America in 1863 and came to Utah with the 1863 Horton D. Haight pioneer company.
