Catherine Jones

Evidence from emigration and church ordinance records proves that the Jones family traveled to Utah between 1854 and 1856.  They sailed to America in 1854, but the first documentation to place them in Utah is a church ordinance performed 29 September 1856.  They appear on the PEF ledger with other church members who traveled in 1854, the PEF ledger also indicates they likely traveled in that year.  Further research is needed to determine the company they traveled with to Utah.
