Charles Collingwood Newby
Charles arrived in New York on 6 July 1866 via the ship Arkwright. He is listed on the PEF account for his uncle, Charles Collingwood and his wife, who also traveled on the Arkwright. The overland company records show that Collingwood purchased three adult food rations for the overland journey. Two would have been for Collingwood and his wife. As Charles is listed on the PEF account for Collingwood, the third was likely for him.
