Charles Frank

This is Carl Anderson Frank.  In the records of the Perpetual Emigrating Company he appears as C. Frank but in other American records he appears as Charles Frank.   The company he traveled with was noted in local church financial records.  He states in his journal that he was "appointed Captain over the watch."  In the 1870 Utah census he is in Logan, Cache County.
