Charles Leslie Allen

Evidence from emigration and church (Perpetual Emigrating Fund) records proves the Allen family traveled to Utah in 1863.  They sailed to America on the 1863 Antarctic.   There is a discrepancy on his date of birth.  Family Tree shows the date 18 September 1855, his death certificate gives the date as 18 September 1856, and the 1900 Utah Census gives his birth date as September 1858.
