Charles Westlake Bailey
Charles was the son of Jemima Westlake Pea by her first husband (Charles Bailey) who had died in 1845. Little Charles and his sister Susan Elizabeth Bailey appear with their mother and step-father (John Pea) in the 1850 federal census of Pottawattamie County, Iowa. In the 1856 Territorial Census of Utah Charles is Charles Pea of the Salt Lake City 17th Ward.
