Christian Stauffer
His surname is "Staffer" on the rosters. Several family came with him in 1860 on the ship William Tapscott, but he and his wife Anna appear to be the only ones who came with the Budge company.
They had three children with them during the overseas voyage. All three died prior to the departure of the overland company.
