Collins Eastman Flanders
Evidence from census and city records proves that Collins traveled to Utah sometime between 1851 and 1856. He appears in the 1850 New Hampshire census, but the first documentation to place him in Utah is the Public Works Account Books, dated March 1857, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to determine the year he came to Utah and the name of the company he traveled with.
