David Dopp
Evidence from census records proves that David traveled to Utah sometime between 1857 and 1859. He does not appear on the 1856 Utah census. The first documentation to place him in Utah is the 1860 Utah census, which was taken 14 June 1860. This was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to determine the year he came to Utah and the name of the company he traveled with.
