David William Leaker
Evidence that he came in 1859 is confirmed in information found in Church financial records.His surname on the 1860 Utah Census is listed as "Leacher."A 7-year-old child by the name of Mary Ann Leaker appears on the 1856 Caravan ship manifest, but we have not been able to confirm that she was the daughter of David William Leaker, or if she survived the trip and arrived in Utah.
