Elias Johansen

Family histories state that he came on the ship, James Nesmith with his father, Johan, Mother Joanne and siblings: Anne C. C., Lars Christian, Christian, Maren K, Anna K and Niels. They came under the surname of "Larsen." However, we do not see his name on the ship manifest.  His parents died in Mormon Grove in 1855. Some of the family changed their name to Johnson.
