Eliza Allen

Evidence from emigration and church ordinance records proves that Eliza traveled to Utah in 1864 or 1865. It is likely that she came in 1864, the year she sailed to America. The first documentation to place her in Utah is a church ordinance performed in May 1866, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration. Further research is needed to determine the name of the company they traveled with.
