Elizabeth Evans

Her obituary says that she traveled to Utah one year after arriving in the United States, crossing the plains "with her husband, Peter Hughes, in Captain Horne's company."  From Wales with her husband and 3 children on the ship Underwriter, in 1860. 

Her surname is "Paul" on the death certificate and gravestone, which confirm her birth and death dates.
