A woman by the name of "Elizabeth Holden" was rebaptized in Salt Lake City the same day as William Holden, 28 November 1848.  It is likely that she was the wife of William.  The Salt Lake Stake Record of Members which gives this rebaptism date, does not include her birth date.

Elizabeth was rebaptized again in Salt Lake City on 29 June 1850.  The Salt Lake Stake Record of Members shows her name as "Elizabeth McConnel" at the time of her baptism. She married William Riley Holden in 1846 in Iowa, and married Jahiel McConnell in Salt Lake City on 15 November 1849. This rebaptism record also gives her birth date and the place of birth as Brown County, Ohio.
