Elizabeth McGhie
Elizabeth sailed to America as a single woman in 1854 on the ship Windermere. Elizabeth's obituary indicates she came to Utah in 1854. Her parents, William and Elizabeth Ann Collins McGhie, traveled in the Daniel Garn Company. It is likely she and her husband, Thomas Boam, were in that company as well, but further research is needed to confirm that.
