Ellen Adams McGill

The McGill family arrived in New York on 5 July 1866 via the ship American Congress. Although only Adam's name is listed on the overland company records, as head of household, the notation that he purchased six adult food rations indicates that the rest of his family was with him for this portion of the journey as well.

She later married George Forbes Hunter.
