Evidence from emigration and genealogical records proves that the Boardman family came to Utah in 1866. They were on the ship records in 1866 and she had a sister married Apr. 1867 in Utah. This would have been before the arrival of that season's emigration.
Her birth date is confirmed by Lehi Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 1 September 1867.
The Boardman family sailed to America in 1866 on the ship Arkwright.
