Elsie Samantha Pulsipher

The Pulsipher family appears in the 1852 Iowa state census (which was taken before July). Elsie and her mother and brother (Ezekiel and Clarissa) are all documented in the Utah Stake City Ward records at the time of their rebaptisms on 26 September 1852, indicating all three of them traveled to the Valley in that year. Further research is needed to identify the name of the company they traveled with.
