Elvira Eleanor Maxim
Elvira traveled with the Mecham family and in many records (including 1850 census) she appears with the Mecham family name. Her exact releationship to them is unknown, but it appears she remained with them her entire childhood.
Birth date confirmed by Utah Stake City Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 11 September 1852. She is seen again in the Payson Ward records with her husband, Willard Wells, at the time of another rebaptism on 4 April 1858.
