Emily Marilla Hopkins
Daughter of Amy Ann Dodd Smith. She traveled with the McBride company until they reached San Bernardino where the Smith family and the Hopkins sisters stayed behind. The Hopkins sisters continued on to Utah at a later date. Soon after her arrival to Utah, she married George Bartholomew. Her gravestone confirms her birth date and death date.
