
Emma Burchell
Emma sailed to the United States with her mother Mary and her brother Charles. They departed from Liverpool on the ship Colonist and arrived in New York on October 19, 1848. A few years later, her and her family traveled to Utah in the Moses Clawson Company.
Emma was baptized alongside her brother, Charles, (spelled "Clewlly" in the record) in Salt Lake City on October 2, 1853. She was the step-child of Solomon Rossiter.
