Evidence from emigration and church (Perpetual Emigrating Fund) records proves Esther Jenkins traveled to Utah in 1866.

The Brother and Sister David Jenkins and Esther Jenkins left on the Ship John Bright on April 30, 1866 sailing from Liverpool as is listed in their history. The Mother and other siblings came in 1868. Ann is most likely Esther as she is the correct age, listed with David, and this seems to match the family story of the event given by David’s daughter listed on FamilySearch.
