Evan John Jones

The Jones family sailed to America in 1866 on the ship John Bright.

Evan was listed as the head of a group of 14 persons (thirteen others besides Evan). At this time, It is believed that Lucretia and Ann Jones traveled with their parents in the Chipman company. Although, they are not listed with them in the P.E.F. record. However, they were listed with them in the Mormon Migration database. 

Lehi Ward Records state that Evan was born August 1820, at the time of his re-baptism (1 September 1867).
