Hannibal Octavius Fullmer

At the time of his rebaptism on 15 March 1851 and at the time of the 1856 census of Utah he was living in the Salt Lake City 6th Ward. He married Rachel Elizabeth Brown. He was a member of the 14th quorum of Seventy.

His death date is confirmed by his death certificate.
