Harriet Brown Ward

She and her husband, sailed to America in 1861 on the ship Underwriter. The ship manifest shows her name as "Harriet Brown." Their first child was born in Utah in December 1861.

Harriet joined her husband, James Ward, who came to Utah in 1861 with the Edward Creighton pioneer company.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the pioneer company she came to Utah with.
