Harriett Wardle

Harriet and her husband Thomas  Amison sailed to America in 1849 on the ship Hartley.  He died in 1849 in the United States.  She married her second husband Charles Barrington in Missouri where he died in 1853.  She was married for the third time to George Christian.

Harriet and her son James Barrington came to Utah between 1854 and 1856. The first documentation to place them in Utah is a child born November 1856.  Further research is needed to narrow the year of their travel.  She married George Christian either in Missouri or Utah.
