Evidence from genealogical records proves that the Campbell family traveled to Utah in 1861.  James and Janet were married in Nebraska 12 July 1861.  The first documentation to place them in Utah is the birth of their first child 22 February 1862, which was prior to the arrival of that season's emigration.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the company they traveled with.
