James Holbrook Kilfoyle
James was born and married in Ireland. His wife Jane died at Pigeon Creek, Iowa so James crossed the plains with six of his children: Andrew, William, Caroline, Martha, Rachel Jane, and William and James Jr. James Sr. and his three daughters were rebaptized in the Jordan River at West Jordan Utah on 20 November 1853. This is where James paid tithing in 1856.
