James Horton Thompson
Evidence from census and genealogical records proves that James and his mother, Sarah Thompson, traveled to Utah in 1851. Further research is needed to determine the name of the company they traveled with. Sarah married John D. Lee, and James appears in his household in the 1860 Census with the surname of "Lee."
In 1868 he was a teamster out of Harmony, Utah.
