James Monroe Ide

James married Lydia Ann Electa Cranston in California on 8 January 1857.  They had a child born in Tooele, Utah in 1858.  However, we do not have the exact date of the baby's birth.  The date of their marriage in California, and the birth of a child in Utah Utah prove that they arrived in Utah in 1857 or 1858.  Further research is needed to determine the year of their arrival in Utah and the name of the pioneer company with which they traveled.
