Jemima Bowers

Jemima's father, John Bowers is listed in the Journal History as having traveled with the Marsden Company. The birth of his son, John Shadrach Bowers, in Salt Lake City in February of 1853 indicates that his family was traveling with him. For that reason, they are also included in the Marsden Company.

Birth date confirmed by the 9th Ward records at the time of a rebaptism on 2 March 1857. In that record she appears under her married name of "Walker."
