John Bell

Son of Abner Bell and Nancy Garwood.  His mother died in Iowa in January 1850.  Evidence from census and genealogical records proves that the Bell family traveled to Utah in 1850. They appear in the 1850 Utah census which was taken in early 1851.  John was re-baptized at Salt Lake City on 6 July 1851.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the company with which they traveled.
