John and Ann and two of their unmarried children, Mary and Samuel, left England in 1851.
They spent some time in St. Joseph, Missouri, before going west. When they arrived in the Valley in 1853, there were only two Bradshaws, John and Ann.
They went to Cedar City for awhile and then in 1857/8 they settled in Virgin City, Utah, where their son, Samuel had settled. He lived there until his death.
