Elder Eral Henderson and Elder Brown opened up Nogales a Arizona/Mexico border town to missionary work in February, 1921(Calimis 3:6). Despite lively opposition to their labors in Nogales, Elder Brown and Elder Henderson reported on March 1, 1921 that they are being warmly received by the people and making great headway in their work (Calimis 4:6). Reported Mar 15, 1921 Genevieve Garrien was baptized in Nogales, Arizona last week by Elder Haymore of the Mexican Mission and confirmed by Elder Brown of this mission (Calimis 5:1). May 31, 1921- Elders Brown & Henderson arrived in Pomerene from Nogales, Arizona in order to marry a young couple. Elder Brown officiated in performing the ceremony (Calimis 11:3).
