John Louis Cowdell

His obituary says he crossed the plains with his mother (Ann Kindler Cowdell) who crossed the plains under the surname of Firth. He is listed on the manifest of the ship Cynosure in 1863 as John L. Firth. Birth date is confirmed by West Jordan record of members at the time of a rebaptism on 14 August 1864.
