John McIntyre

The McIntyre family emigrated to the United States in two batches. John sailed to the United States in 1865 with a few of his children. His wife and other children came to the United States in 1863. The family came to Utah between 1865 and 1867. The first documentation to place them in Utah are church ordinances performed in August 1868. Further research is needed to narrow the year of their travel.

The Utah State History Cemeteries and Burials Database shows his birth date as 15 May 1810 and confirms his death date of 6 September 1875.
