John Preece

In 1845 John was a member of the Sand Prairie Iowa Branch of the Church.  He crossed the plains with his mother and siblings either in 1859 or 1860. At the time of the 1860 Utah census the family lived in Centerville, Davis County.  He is buried in Farmington, Davis County.  Additional research is needed to identify the exact year and the name of the pioneer company with which the family traveled.
