John Wentworth Mott
John Wentworth Mott initially traveled to the valley in 1850, but in 1856 he also participated in the rescue companies sent out to help bring in the saints stranded in Wyoming. Birth and death date is confirmed by his burial records.
John was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Salt Lake City on 4 April 1851.
