Joseph DePartee
Joseph first came to the Valley in 1862. A few years later, he crossed the plains again as a teamster for the 1866 Daniel Thompson out-and-back company.
Various sources spell his surname very differently: "Depotty", "Depati", "Deaparty", or "DePartee".
