Joseph Ephraim Irons

Joseph and his older sister crossed the Atlantic on the ship Colorado in 1868. They traveled on the railroad as far as Benton, Wyoming where the joined the Simpson M. Molen wagon Company and arrived in Salt Lake City on 2 September 1868. Elizabeth was re-baptized at Hyde Park Utah on 13 September 1868; this is where Joseph was baptized (apparently for the first time) on 11 July 1869. Joseph married Mary Elizabeth Golden in Utah.
