Joseph Madison Thomas

Joseph initially came to the Valley in 1847.  He was re-baptized by S. Roundy on 5 December of this year.   Later, in the winter of 1856, he assisted in the rescue effort to bring in members of the Church stranded on the plains of Wyoming.
