Joseph Robinson Walker
The Walker family arrived on 28 July 1868 via the ship Colorado. Although the Daniel D. McArthur Memorandum book only lists heads of household, the notation that Joseph purchased 3 adult food rations indicates that both Ann and Joseph Robinson were traveling with him at the time of purchase (Ann died shortly after the company left Benton, WY). Joseph Robinson Walker can also be found on the 1880 Utah census with his wife Sarah and their three children. This is the first U.S. census his father appears on as well. His death certificate confirms he died in Salt Lake City.
